Abstract:
Most Bakeries and Pastry shops in Palestine uses the traditional way of producing the
Petit-four sweets, the traditional way has many disadvantages in terms of
Inconsistency of a petit-four pieces, Effort and a long time in production, in addition a
unhealthy product As a result of the use of human hands in production.
This project aimed to solving this problem by design and implementation of a Petitfour
machine that producing the petit-four in automatic way. The machine was
desired to reduce the time and effort that need for production and to ensure the
healthy of the product.
